Times post as races finish. Final results and team scores go out the same day, uploaded where your league needs them.

Questions

How far ahead should we book?

Spring Saturdays fill first. We recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead, and a full season by January for spring track or July for cross country.

What does the host school need to provide?

A covered spot at the finish line with a standard power outlet, a table, and one contact person on meet day. We bring the tent, generator backup, cables and everything else.

What happens if the weather turns?

Cancel for weather more than 48 hours out and your deposit moves to a new date. Same-day lightning delays are on us; we stay until the meet finishes.

Are your times valid for qualifying and records?

Track Meet and Championship packages use fully automatic timing with a recorded wind reading, the standard state associations require for qualifying marks. Check your association's current rules for specifics.

Do you work with school purchase orders?

Yes. We accept POs, checks and card payments, and can send a W-9 and certificate of insurance with your booking.
